Request deletion of your AI Fort account
AI Fort is developed by Helix Software Solutions. You can ask us to delete your AI Fort account and the data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@amplo.ca, from the email address linked to your AI Fort account if possible.
- Use the subject line "Delete my AI Fort account".
- Include your full name and the email or username you use to sign in to AI Fort, so we can find your account.
We'll confirm we received your request within 2 business days, and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need to confirm your identity first, we'll reply to ask.
AI Fort accounts are set up for employees by their organization. You can also ask your organization's AI Fort administrator to remove your account.
What we delete

What we may keep, and for how long
- Security and audit logs (for example, sign-in records) may be kept for up to 90 days after deletion to protect against fraud and abuse, then deleted.
- Backups containing your data are overwritten on our normal cycle, within 30 days.
- Records your organization, or the law, requires us to keep (such as business or billing records) are kept only as long as required.
